Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control all quality assurance and quality control documentation for the project.

  • Receive, review, register, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing QA/QC documentation.

  • Ensure all documents comply with project and company standards, including document formatting and naming conventions.

  • Assist QA/QC engineers and site teams in compiling inspection and test records, method statements, ITPs, material approvals, and NCRs.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, submittals, transmittals, and quality documentation in both digital and physical formats.

  • Track document revisions and ensure only current versions are used on site.

  • Support the preparation of turnover/handover documentation and project close-out files.

  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely submission of quality-related documentation.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure document control procedures are followed on site.

  • Ensure secure and confidential handling of sensitive project data.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in document control or QA administration within the construction or engineering sector.

  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and construction documentation workflows.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, EDMS, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment.
