Project Quality Assurance Manager
What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Education & Experience Requirements
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered where appropriate. Professional Designation Preferred, Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), P. Eng or equivalent considered an asset. Significant experience required [a combination of operations, quality, construction, or project experience preferred].
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Quality Assurance and engineering project delivery
• Experience with engineering project delivery procedures and processes
Technical and Industry Education & Experience Assets
• ISO 9001 training and experience
• Project Management Professional designation or equivalent
• Quality Assurance training
• Total Quality Management training
• Significant experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Industry
• Relevant Project Quality Management experience
• Understanding of commercial and strategic business drivers
• Stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience with continual improvement programs (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Total Quality Management, etc.)
• Experience in workshop facilitation, problem solving, and conflict resolution
People Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization
• Excellent management skills including the ability to plan, set goals; and manage time, priorities, resources, accountabilities, schedule, and costs
• Leads by example and drives organizational performance by being open to feedback and self-improvement
• Encourages others to share the spotlight, visibly celebrates and supports team
