Project Planner/Scheduler
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- University Degree, or equivalent, in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Extensive years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, with a track record of success in coordinating multi-project activities.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and direction to planning/scheduling staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, effectively presenting scheduling procedures and addressing inquiries.
Analytical Abilities: Advanced analytical abilities with the capability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions to inform decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to contribute to strategic initiatives, aligning project planning activities with Worley's broader objectives and sustainability goals.
Technical Consultation: Recognized as a specialist in project planning and scheduling, providing consultation to internal teams and stakeholders on complex scheduling matters.
