What will you bring?

🎓 Typical qualifications:

University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Professional registration in local juridication; Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).

Typically 12+ years experience, including 10 years of relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP Project experience.

Demonstrated PM experience leading small and medium projects or portions of large projects; EPCM, EPC including site assignments.

For this position the candidate must have experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector "healt care"

 

Technical Expertise

  • Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan. • Ensures design team is aware and complying with customer Basis of Design and applicable codes and regulations.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated understanding of engineering project delivery workflow and coordination.
  • Basic exposure and understanding of procurement/subcontracting and on-site construction support.

Supervision Authority

  • Assigns project work and gives technical guidance to people assigned to work on medium sized projects. Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy. May have direct and indirect reports and authority for performance evaluations impacting pay. May make recommendations concerning selection, training, rating and discipline of people.

Systems, Processes & Tools

  • Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
