Qualifications & Experience: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

Professional Experience: Relevant project management experience in the mining and minerals industry, preferably across phosphate, gold, copper, or aluminum projects. Proven track record in managing medium/large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC. Strong knowledge of mineral beneficiation, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, and downstream processing.

Certifications: PMP® or equivalent project management certification.

Technical Skills: Strong contract and commercial management skills. Familiarity with international codes, standards, and best practices in mining and process plants. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and digital engineering platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent communication (English essential, Arabic an advantage). Ability to mentor and develop young Saudi engineers in alignment with IKTVA and Saudization targets.

• Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight schedules.

• Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

• Collaborative mindset to work across Client’s projects and global technology partners.

• High cultural awareness and adaptability within Saudi/GCC business environments.
