Role Context:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects at one of our Swedish offices. Your top priority will be safety, ensuring every project phase protects people and the environment. As the key interface between the project team and customers, you will oversee all phases from feasibility to completion. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams locally and internationally, you’ll optimize outcomes through continuous feedback between design and execution. With access to Worley’s global network of experts, you will leverage this resource to deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and aligned with contractual requirements.
You Will:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet contractual, budgetary, and scheduling targets.
- Define project goals, develop execution strategies, and align them with customer needs and company policies.
- Oversee commercial partnerships and collaborations to enhance project success.
- Mitigate risks and implement improvements to drive long-term success.
- Monitor milestones using project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead project teams, fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams.
You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the process industry (Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Energy), especially in EPC projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Familiarity with time schedules, progress reporting, and S-curves.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Primavera for effective project management and reporting.
