What you’ll do

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Portland.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrates full commitment to health and safety, providing safety leadership to the project team.
  • Leads and mentors a multi-disciplinary, multi-location project team, defining roles, responsibilities, and training.
  • Sets clear project objectives, including scope, schedule, productivity, and budget targets.
  • Ensures adherence to Worley methodologies, processes, tools, and compliance requirements throughout the project.
  • Oversees project execution by applying knowledge of engineering, procurement, quality control, and other disciplines.
  • Manages customer contract details, ensuring effective project oversight and delivery.
  • Tracks project cost, schedule, and design deliverables, using analytical skills to forecast trends and monitor gross margin.
  • Ensures proper change control and understands contract terms, company cash flow, and financial reporting standards.

What you’ll have

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Based in, or willingness to relocate to Portland, VIC.
  • Demonstrated PM experience leading small and medium projects or portions of large projects; EPCM, EPC including site assignments (projects up to US$5M to US$10M in total value).
  • Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.
  • Can organise information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
