Project Manager – Talent Acquisition Systems
What You'll Have
· Proven experience managing complex ATS/CRM projects with integrations, data uplift, and regulatory considerations. Successful implementation of AI-driven technology such as EightfoldAI, Phenom, Hiretual, Beamery, etc highly preferred.
· Strong background in successfully delivering projects within global or multi-national organizations.
· Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Well-developed global leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive working relationships, including remote collaboration with technical and functional teams.
· Strong budget management, project controls, and commercial acumen in relation to project delivery and benefit realization.
· Knowledge of ERP, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions is highly regarded.
· Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management or Change Management from recognized professional bodies are valued.

- This role is in California.
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $191,000
- Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
