Project Information Manager
You'll have:
· Strong knowledge of the Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Management (EPCm) information lifecycle.
· Broad working knowledge of all related Information management sub-disciplines and subjects including engineering design systems 2D & 3D, tag management, data, supplier data and document management systems, Information Handover requirements, PBS – (Plant breakdown Structure numbering), WBS – (Work Breakdown Structure), project systems (estimating, project controls, supply chain ERM & CRM, procurement, construction, commissioning, completions systems AWP – (Advanced Work Packaging Philosophy) and information technology, with specific expertise in at least one or more of these disciplines. (Preferably 2-3)
· A strong understanding of engineering and project data management, including database technologies, data presentation, project data lifecycles and project data domains is required.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Degree or Diploma (BTEC or C&G equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science or Business is preferred
HSE Capability:
Ability to comply with, promote and provide leadership in HSE policy framework
Personal IT Skills:
Have strong skills with PC hardware, Windows OS, MS Office 365 or newer, and be able to operate in a networked environment.
Responsible for setup, configuration, and administration of Project Collaboration System - SharePoint
Knowledge of server requirements to support early implementation of Smart Authoring tools
Knowledge in ITIL process required and Certification preferred
