Project Governance Leader India
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , or related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 initial years in a Engineering role
- Demonstrated experience in EPC/EPCM environment
- Proven ability to analyze and present data effectively to influence strategic decision-making. Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and statistical techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand the big picture and drive changes in project management practices.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel to project sites within India and potentially abroad.
- Regular office hours with flexibility to attend meetings outside standard hours due to different time zones or urgent project needs.
