We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our Thailand team.

As a Project Administrator, you will assist & supports the Project Management team.

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team in Rayong Office, Thailand

The role responsibilities include:

·      Performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs/Suppliers/etc, general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

·      Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation on large, complex projects.

·      Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.

What you’ll have

·      A recognized degree in a related field.

·      Experience performing work in the role of Project Administrator or similar position in Construction project, Engineering, EPC, etc.

·      Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·      Given the necessity of interacting with Thai-speaking clients, Thai language is essential.
