Program Completions Manager - Commissioning
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the Program Completions Manager at Worley, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the successful completion and operational readiness of large-scale projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and sustainably, aligning with Worley's ambition to be a global leader in sustainability solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Oversight
- Direct on-site activities associated with project completion, ensuring adherence to directives and policies.
- Review project designs and recommend modifications to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and develop tactical plans to implement organizational goals.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide start-up and operations staff, fostering an environment of effective performance and development.
- Manage and direct work through supervisors, ensuring robust performance evaluations and informed decision-making.
Strategic Communication
- Communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior management effectively.
- Employ a participative management style, encouraging collaboration and innovation within teams.
Change Management
- Implement and lead organizational project changes effectively.
- Develop new concepts and ideas to enhance project outcomes and drive functional expertise.
