Procurement Contracts Manager

You’ll have:

·       Extensive experience of managing pre-contract processes (including pre-qualification, preparation of Invitations To Tender, selection and award of contracts);

·       Extensive experience of managing all post-award processes (general contract administration, change control, claims avoidance and management, final accounting, dispute resolution, etc).

·       Experience in the industrial engineering (e.g. mid-stream/upstream oil & gas, chemical, process plant, etc) industry;

·       Excellent understanding of contractual risk and contract law;

·       Extensive experience of published standard forms of contract (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE, LOGIC, NEC, etc) standard and bespoke forms of contract;
