Process Engineer, Smelting & Refining
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- 5 + years of relevant professional experience within smelting & refining
- Operation/plant experience is considered an asset.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada or eligibility
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous learning.
- Experience in base metals metallurgy and familiarity with all major base metals smelting and
- refining technologies
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office software.
- Experience in using METSIM, SysCAD, HSC, and other process simulation software is
- considered an asset.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy
