Principal Structural Engineer-Mining, Minerals & Metals

• Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
• A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the structural engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Competent use of structural engineering specific software STAAD PRO, Mathcad, working knowledge of structural 3D modeling program.
• Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required (must be able to obtain a Utah license).
• Advanced degree in structural engineering would be considered an asset.
•  Lead or Senior structural engineering experience (10+ years) with minimum of 7 years mining project experience.

Preferred:

• Structural Engineer license is a plus.
