Qualifications:

·         Science, Engineering, Business or Industry-related degree or equivalent qualification.

·         Minimum of 15 years of experience including management and planning related to site investigation and remediation projects, including field experience and subcontractor management.

·         Professional registration as California PE, PG or CHg.

·         Technical skills to review reports and proposals. Experience presenting group capabilities to internal and external clients.

·         Ability to foster collaboration across the LM&R service line as well as other parts of Worley.

·         Experience leading and contributing to project proposals.

·         Ability to solve difficult technical problems, meet regulatory challenges, and present solutions to clients and regulators. Ability to travel regionally and across North America (as needed) to represent Worley Consulting and/or the broader Worley organization in sales pursuits and to support teams/projects.

·         Communication skills to liaise effectively with project staff, technical experts, and clients, to ensure project solutions are appropriately tailored to the client’s objectives.

·         This position is in California.

·         Salary Range $176,535 to $281,669 USD

·         Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
