Principal Mechanical Engineer

·        15+ years of industry experience in EPS/ EPC projects.

·        Prior experience in Sulphuric Acid Plant design and lump-sum EPS is preferred.

·        Experience in a pressure equipment fabrication shop is considered an asset. 

·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·        Strong knowledge of:

o   Design and analysis of pressure vessels. Extensive Codes and Standards Knowledge/skills of ASME Section VIII Division 1 and 2, API 620 and non code prescribed methods for analyzing vessels .

o   Proficient in PV Elite, HTRI, AutoCAD.

o   Familiar with mechanical specification, datasheets, material selection, technical bid evaluation and vendor document review of rotating and packaged mechanical equipment. 

o   Fabrication, installation testing and constructability.

o   Chemical process facilities

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
