Principal Estimator
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in estimating within an industrial construction environment, with a strong understanding of large capital projects.
- Educational background in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent trade certification/field experience.
- Proficiency in capital cost estimating software such as Aspen and Cleopatra is preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, perform material take-offs, and translate scopes of work into accurate cost estimates.
- Prior experience with heavy industrial field projects and construction execution is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with clients.
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
