Principal Digital Solutions Consultant (General Manager)

Knowledge & Skills

·     Previous experience in General Management within a group operating environment with minimum 15 years of experience with Engineering degree.

·     An understanding of the expectations and requirements of stakeholders at all levels.

·     The ability to achieve performance outcomes by employing direct and indirect influencing and leadership skills within operations and across various locations.

·     Experience in integrating cultures within regional operations.

·     Good understanding of Project execution process and operations, exposure to standard tools and digital solutions.

·     Any customisation in software (familiarity with any software language) environment is an added advantage.
