Principal Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of aluminum expansion strategies and feasibility studies.
- Spearhead business transformation initiatives, focusing on selecting cutting-edge equipment and technology.
- Collaborate with consultants and vendors to ensure optimal technology and material choices for our projects.
- Oversee the development and negotiation of EPC contracts, ensuring efficient contractor management alongside internal and external experts.
- Conduct financial modeling (IRR, NPV, and payback period calculations) and analyze various scenarios to support critical decision-making.
- Ensure seamless project coordination and communication with Project Development and Execution teams.
- Promote and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
- Extensive experience with the techno-commercial aspects of large-scale aluminum project development.
- Proven expertise in aluminum processing facilities is highly desirable.
- Strong background in conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for industrial projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working with international experts and consultants.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis (IRR, NPV, payback period calculations).
