About You

You possess significant experience in managing technology projects within a large complex matrixed, and preferably, multi-national or global organization. Highly adept at running implementation programs of work and a strong background in Oracle-based technology stack, you also have Candidate Relationship management expertise. A proven track record in overseeing multiple projects and multiple functional workstreams. You are experienced in the analysis, and design of corporate system solutions, applications, and databases.

You are also skilled in developing positive and productive working relationships. With an approachable style, you communicate clearly and consistently. Action-oriented and motivated, you break down complex tasks into manageable ones to meet deadlines and stretch goals. You will continue to foster the strong relationship between I&DD and People.

 An ‘ideal candidate’ can demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex HCM/ HRIS program of work comprising multiple related and interdependent projects
  • Strong background (minimum 5 years) in successfully managing and delivering complex organisational-wide technology-enabled business change management projects, in a global or multi-national organization
  • Expertise in applying project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools
  • Well-developed leadership and team management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and connect with others and build positive productive internal and external working relationships, often remotely with both functional and technical teams
  • Knowledge of and/ or experience with People (HCM) processes and systems
  • Knowledge and/ or experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Candidate Relationship Management solutions highly regarded
  • A relevant qualification/ certification in Project Management or Change Management with a recognised professional body highly regarded
