What you’ll do
We are looking for PLC Personnel to join our project team for a FEED Offshore Engineering project, in our office Jakarta, Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
- Identifying PLC and the respective regulations related to the work.
- Scheduling to PLC process related to work.
- Providing guidance to contractor related to the PLC for work execution.
- Establish list of all necessary permits and requirements.
- Ensuring that all project-applicable Regulatory requirements (once identified and analysed) are communicated to the Project Team (PT) in a timely manner.
- Advising the Project Team on pending changes to the project-applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to laws, Regulations, and Decrees/Decisions) or proposed/new regulatory requirements that may have an impact on project design and/or execution.

What you’ll have
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, legal, or social science,
2. Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in Oil & Gas industry, 
3. Having strong knowledge with at least of ten (10) years' experience of PLC and the respective regulations on FEED or EPCI phases of oil and gas project for SURF scope,
4. Has initiative, planning & organizing skills; analytical and problem-solving skill, interpersonal skills, teamwork & work collaboratively; client focus, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits,
5. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
6. Strong government contacts at central and local levels.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
