Person Specification – Qualifications and Key Skills
· Good understanding of GM and visa processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experienced user of HR systems
· Experience in a People/HR role in a similar environment (Engineering/Manufacturing)
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Employee Relations case management experience
· Ability to present confidently and professionally
· Good attention to detail
· Ability and willingness to challenge situations in line with HR best practice
· Hands on, can-do attitude who likes to get involved in the detail and follow through on situations to completion
· Good organisational skills
· Ability to effectively work alone or in teams
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables and work in a high-pressured environment
· Client management skills would be advantageous
