  • Coordinating with procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely delivery and integration.
  • Managing interface alignment between the offshore crane system and other topside structures and systems (e.g., structure, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
  • Reviewing and approving supplier documentation, such as drawings, calculations, and quality plans.
  • Following up with suppliers through FAT, delivery, and installation support.

  • Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence throughout package execution.

Deliverables:

  • Complete and approved technical specifications and scope of work

  • Reviewed and accepted vendor documentation (drawings, calculations, procedures)
  • Interface control documents and design integration records, FAT and installation support documentation
  • Punch lists and close-out documentation for handover to commissioning
  • Regular progress and status reports for engineering and project management

You’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. (Extensive relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education).
  • Experienced in engineering or package management roles within offshore oil & gas or marine industries.

  • Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations (e.g., DNV-ST-0378, NORSOK R-002).
  • Hands-on experience in managing vendors and technical documentation in large EPC projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team across engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in technical software and tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and document management systems (e.g., IFS, PIMS, SharePoint).
  • Offshore safety certification is an advantage.
