Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional communication in person and over the phone.
  • Flexibility required in receiving various task ad hoc with tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills in SharePoint and MS Access.
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the employees in the organization including: their role, area of expertise and their department.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Effectively handle difficult calls and situations.
  • Demonstrate a professional image.
  • Ability to carry, lift and move boxes up to 20lbs.
