What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of working in a consulting firm.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Canadian experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with Alberta Building Code, Alberta Fire Code, National Plumbing Code, and other applicable building codes and standards.
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience with mechanical building systems and designing building services within the industrial building sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience with heating water, chilled water, refrigeration, and plumbing systems in a plant environment.
  • Project track record of design for HVAC, Plumbing, and Building Automation Systems design.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microstation.
  • Proficiency with 3D modeling software including PDS, Microstation, Smartplant, and Auto-Plant.
  • Experience in using Carrier HAP or similar software for load calculations.
  • Demonstrated experience or track record of managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment while being able to work independently.

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree.
