Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
This Job description outlines the objectives and activities of a required engineer based in OQGN
office for a period of 5 months to support the Reliability Team in implementing Reliability
Centered Maintenance (RCM) study and Maintenance Digitalization within the Asset
Performance Management (APM) system. The focus is on digital transformation, integration,
testing, feedback incorporation, full deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Detailed Job description as below.
1. RCM Study Scope:
o Migrate existing RCM studies from Excel to APM for all GN stations as per the annual
plan.
o Link all failure modes to their respective assets to ensure comprehensive reliability
management.
2. MCP Integration with APM:
o Integrate Maintenance Craft Procedures (MCP) into APM.
o Develop task-specific indicators to streamline maintenance activities.
o Align procedures with asset hierarchies, tagging systems, and scheduling tools within
APM.
3. Pilot Testing:
o Conduct pilot testing of Maintenance Digitalization with a selected group of
technicians.
o Identify operational challenges and areas for improvement before full-scale
implementation.
o Utilize handheld devices for data entry and validation during pilot testing.
4. Feedback and Iteration:
o Gather feedback from technicians and stakeholders involved in the pilot phase.
o Refine procedures based on feedback to enhance usability and efficiency.
o Implement necessary changes in APM configuration to optimize MCP performance.
5. Full Implementation:
o Roll out finalized MCP procedures across all relevant maintenance teams.
o Communicate implementation schedule and provide necessary training and support.
o Ensure comprehensive adoption of MCP procedures throughout the organization.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation:
o Establish metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor MCP effectiveness.
o Regularly evaluate performance against set metrics to identify areas for continuous
improvement.
o Adjust procedures as needed based on monitoring outcomes and performance data.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of MCP implementation progress in APM.
o Document stations where MCP has been successfully implemented.
o Generate reports on compliance, performance enhancements, and any adjustments
made over time.
Candidate shall have below Technical Skills
Reliability Engineering:
o Proficiency in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies and
Maintenance craft procedure.
Asset Performance Management (APM):
o Experience with APM Bentely software, SAP PM, Solution package, Maintenance plan,
PM work order, or other asset management systems).
o Strong skills in data analysis and performance optimization.
