Manager / Senior Manager Advisory, Worley Consulting
What you’ll have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, finance, or related discipline.
- Candidates with dual qualifications (e.g. Engineering + Economics) have an advantage.
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in consulting strategy, or within large corporates and asset-intensive industries (e.g. energy, infrastructure, resources, engineering, or Oil&Gas).
- Exposure to market entry / business case, transaction due diligence and development planning on energy, infrastructure or resources projects
- Demonstrated business development capability, including customer relationship development and proposal leadership
- Proactive mindset to engage with customers to identify needs, develop hypothesis- based solutions, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Exposure to project finance, investment committees, and strategic planning groups is considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Singapore or Malaysia citizen.
