Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: Support and contribute to set and drive the strategic direction for the team and ensures resourcing needs are met in collaboration with business operations.
  • Collaboration: Facilitates collaboration with global functions, project delivery, and business operations to drive effective and efficient delivery of assurance & governance services.
  • Internal Controls: Implements internal controls and governance via the enterprise management system, strengthening business understanding of the first and second line.
  • Certification and Registration: Oversees external certification and registrations, coordinating global surveillances, and maintaining e-compliance accounts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develops reporting and analysis to highlight emerging risks, provides insights for governance obligations, business decision-making, and performance enhancement. Supports preparation of key reports for Group Executives.
  • System Development: Supports the development of assurance and governance systems and tools to meet strategic objectives, promote a learning and risk culture, and enable safe and sustainable project outcomes.
  • Data Management: Assists Global HSE and Quality data owner in transforming data management and usage for decision making, ensuring data availability and governance.
  • Process Improvement: Challenges administrative activities for automation and centralization, upholding the vision of standardization and process improvement.
  •  Stakeholder Relationships: Builds and maintains relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, to meet business expectations and requirements.

Position Level Details

Responsible for the daily administration of company policies and processes and for providing guidance to analysts that will enable the functional group to meet business objectives.

Requirements
  • Professional degree related to the position.
  • More than 10 years of experience.
