Responsibilities
- Strategic Direction: Support and contribute to set and drive the strategic direction for the team and ensures resourcing needs are met in collaboration with business operations.
- Collaboration: Facilitates collaboration with global functions, project delivery, and business operations to drive effective and efficient delivery of assurance & governance services.
- Internal Controls: Implements internal controls and governance via the enterprise management system, strengthening business understanding of the first and second line.
- Certification and Registration: Oversees external certification and registrations, coordinating global surveillances, and maintaining e-compliance accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develops reporting and analysis to highlight emerging risks, provides insights for governance obligations, business decision-making, and performance enhancement. Supports preparation of key reports for Group Executives.
- System Development: Supports the development of assurance and governance systems and tools to meet strategic objectives, promote a learning and risk culture, and enable safe and sustainable project outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Challenges administrative activities for automation and centralization, upholding the vision of standardization and process improvement.
