Manager - Project Risk
Essential Qualifications and Training:
- Higher National Diploma, Associate Degree, or Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Recognized qualification in Risk Management (e.g., IRM International Certificate in Risk Management) or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Qualifications and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in Risk Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
Essential Experience:
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in Project Risk Management across diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Risk Management software (e.g., Monte Carlo simulation tools) and quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
- Strong track record in technical project delivery or related industries.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with Worley’s business lines and internal project delivery processes.
- Knowledge of various industry Risk Management tools and applications.
- Experience conducting departmental audits and implementing improvements in Risk Management systems.

- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including confident presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on sustainable solutions.
