Manager, Project HSE
What will you bring?
🎓Education:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related career.
- English
Experience:
- More than 10 years of experience as HSE Manager in construction projects with more than 2,000 people (Oil&Gas).
Job specific knowledge:
- Management experience, preferably at the HSE Manager level or higher required
- Must have experience managing HSE in an engineering contractor role, ideally PCM environment.
- Demonstrated safety leadership experience required
Industry specific experience:
- Experience in large construction projects with more than two thousand people is required.
IT skills:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Applications
People skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with demonstrated experience in building relationships
Communication skills:
- Intermediate English (speaking and writing)
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
