Manager, Procurement Contracts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in subcontract management and execution of a range of subcontracts within the energy, chemicals, or resources industries as well as a broad range of contract types/structures.
- Strong understanding of contracting principles, legal regulations, and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
