Position: Manager, People Information.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Remuneration, the primary accountability of this important role is to oversee and lead the configuration of the performance and remuneration system for Worley globally to align with program design and business requirements, with the aim of being operationally effective to deliver a positive experience for stakeholders.  This includes the set-up of forms, workflow, reporting/ dashboards and access requirements in Success Factors.

Job Description:

Support the implementation of the annual remuneration review by ensuring systems, data and processes are operating as they should, forms are launched on time, reward and HR colleagues are appropriately trained to use and administer parts of the systems and provide troubleshooting assistance, as needed.  Proactively project manage all aspects of Success Factors remuneration systems to support Remuneration team processes. Assist People team regarding queries related to performance and remuneration system.

Design, document and communicate processes, roles and responsibilities to support the effective governance of the performance and remuneration systems to ensure appropriate risk mitigation and controls are in place. Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for performance and remuneration system in Success Factors for Worley globally.

Design and implement strategies, standards and processes to manage data flows to ensure data is correct, up-to-date and the quality of data is improving. Provide required reports & dashboards for managers & Remuneration team. Manage processes to analyse, review, clean and upload and download data as required.

Lead projects, as the Subject Matter Expert, to review and develop performance and reward system and tool requirements, market practice and supplier updates to determine potential changes and the design and implementation of new systems which improve the governance and experience of stakeholders.

Manage relationships with the current vendor(s) (i.e. Success Factors) for system improvements, support & renewal of contract.

Manage a small team of 1 direct report analyst to engage in the key activities that need to be delivered, and effectively deliver work through others in the Reward and People teams.

This role provides the opportunity for the incumbent to be a key subject matter expert in the delivery of performance and remunerations systems across Worley and the 40+ countries we have operations.

 Flexible Working Arrangements:

The role is global in nature and will need to participate in calls in different time zones to be effective.  However, there is no expectation for travel.  Flexibility in the ability to participate in video calls at various times is advantageous.

Work from home options are available and actively supported across the People team.

Preferred location is SE Asia, India or the Middle East due to time zones.  Work from home flexibility broadens ability to live in other locations.

Job Specific Knowledge / Experience

Excellent knowledge of HR systems and experience managing remuneration systems gained over successive years and roles, with specific experience using Success Factors

Excellent analytical and reporting skills with demonstrated experience in managing data, reporting and process improvement

Proven project management skills and experience leading projects to design and implement systems in complex, global environments.  The ability to translate systems implementation and ongoing management into processes that align with People team and Reward team requirements.

 Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Relevant degree qualification (e.g. IT/IS, Business, Commerce)

 IT Skills:

Technical skills to administer Success Factors is highly desirable.   Skills with other remuneration systems (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday) is highly regarded as we consider the direction of system requirements longer term

Extensive experience to assess system requirements within a Remuneration/Rewards context and align with business requirements

Able to bring ideas forward to configure remuneration systems to maximize value and effectiveness

Advanced Excel skills are essential
