Job Specific Knowledge / Experience
Excellent knowledge of HR systems and experience managing remuneration systems gained over successive years and roles, with specific experience using Success Factors
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with demonstrated experience in managing data, reporting and process improvement
Proven project management skills and experience leading projects to design and implement systems in complex, global environments. The ability to translate systems implementation and ongoing management into processes that align with People team and Reward team requirements.
Relevant degree qualification (e.g. IT/IS, Business, Commerce)
Technical skills to administer Success Factors is highly desirable. Skills with other remuneration systems (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday) is highly regarded as we consider the direction of system requirements longer term
Extensive experience to assess system requirements within a Remuneration/Rewards context and align with business requirements
Able to bring ideas forward to configure remuneration systems to maximize value and effectiveness
Advanced Excel skills are essential

Action Orientation: Achieves results set by self and others, meets timelines, pushes to achieve stretch goals, and demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and tenacity. Breaks down work into executable tasks.
Intellectual Capacity - Deals with new concepts and complexity comfortably. Examines problems carefully and thoroughly and understands their interdependencies. Can pull information and ideas from many sources and see the importance of many factors.
