Manager, Material Control
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
General:
- 8-10 years Material Control / Management experience.
- Management skills including team work, leadership and working with diverse and remote teams.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, including ability to communicate with / train personnel with varying degrees of skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross functional, multi-location team environment.
Job Specific Knowledge:
- Material Management experience on EPC / EPCM projects at Worley or other comparable organizations.
- Good understanding of the EPC / EPCM industry functional systems, processes and tools.
- Familiar with ‘cradle to grave’ Materials Management ERM system e.g. AVEVA ERM, SAP, Oracle, SPM, MMS etc. or equivalent.
- Expertise in Excel (advance level) and Data Analytics, Power BI etc.
Other:
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Ability to travel on short term assignments.
- Provide feedback for direct report employees Performance Review.
Physical Requirements:
- Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions.
Required:
- Degree in Bachelor’s.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of EPC Materials Management practices.
