Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Oil & Gas Construction Manager
  • Journeyman trades certification is an asset
  • Superintendent experience of  5 – 7 years required
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Effectively manage using conflict management strategies
  • In depth understanding of construction mathematics
  • Knowledge of the principles of preparing estimates
  • Desire to teach and mentor others and to share knowledge and experience
  • Proactively searches our networking opportunities with other industry players
  • Ability to foresee risk and apply risk good management
  • Creates a climate of encouragement, creativity and learning  
  • Demonstrates good presentation and verbal communication to large groups
