Digital Solution Consultant – 4D Planning
Location
Any Worley Offices & sites within or outside India (first 6 months in Gigaplex)
4D Planning Responsibilities:
1. Upskill himself faster with 4D Software (formal training will be provided)
a. Updating 3D objects and schedules as and when required by the delivery team, either for reporting or animation output or live scenarios.
b. Develop Resource Appearance Profiles, Status Colors and Resource Cost for reuse, advanced Filtering for Tasks and 3D, Schedule Health Check and Alerts, Field Tracking and Progress Monitoring
c. Run 'what if' scenarios within 4D environment against baseline models to identify program opportunities
d. Run physical and time-based clash detection of design, logistics and temporary works against the program to validate.
e. Do integration of plans provided by the contractors and suppliers
f. Create weekly, monthly and 90 days lookahead outputs for team briefings & execution
g. Conduct 4D reviews
h. Add SHE data to the model to assist the H&S team in ensuring a safe project site
i. Build any standard libraries and appearances in Synchro to ensure consistent appearance of 4D animations
j. Ensure 4D plans are developed to ensure safe practices are embedded
k. And other 4D related project work.
2. Work closely with 3D Modeler and Planners to ensure 3D models and P6 plans are adequately developed to facilitate optimal 4D modelling
3. Working closely with the project teams on site to produce 4D sequences, simulations and other visuals to help communicate ideas, methodologies and provide visibility to the construction program.
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Education: Degree / AMIE / Diploma in any engineering stream
2. Experience: 7 to 10 years in Site Planning at site in Oil & Gas Industry (mandatory experience needed in Refinery, Petrochemicals & Chemicals)
3. Software Skill: Good Knowledge of Primavera P6 or/and MS Project, Excel, Power BI (optional) & NAVIS (optional).
4. Knowledge of Construction sequencing from Excavation to Mechanical Completion (Concrete, structure, equipment, piping, E&I etc.). Experience should be in entire plant execution planning. Should be proficient in preparing L4 Construction schedule or expand L4 from L3 Construction schedule.
5. Understand Logistics & Erections schemes provided by contractor or service provider. (optional)
