Manager I - IT Business Operations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT management or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Well -versed in the industry with significant hands-on-experience in IT support, with a focus on business and engineering environments, ideally with project-based support experience.
- Proven track record of providing high-level technical support to business and engineering teams.
- Experience with managing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and communication tools in a project-oriented setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, network configurations, and data management tools.
- Experience with enterprise-level applications and systems used in business and engineering projects.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on managing IT deliverables within project timelines.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer solutions to complex IT challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
