Education and Experience:

      ·         A degree in Engineering Discipline with 20 plus of experience of which about 5 years are in similar management experience.

·         Experience in engineering discipline management or project engineering management.

 

Skills and Competencies:

 

Decision Making

 

·         Make engineering management decisions under the general direction of the reporting Manager.

·         Manages cross-discipline resource mobilization and demobilization to maintain sufficient resourcing and ensure cost             effectiveness.

·         Accountable for the performance of the team, discipline risks, and driving continuous improvement.

·      Responsible for discipline planning, budgeting, and approval of expenditures. Implements approved discipline programs in accordance with budget and company policy.

 

Communication

·         Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior level management.

·         Ability to persuade and influence others.

·         Participative management style with a cooperative team approach.

 

Systems & Tools

·         Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

·       Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies. Has functional awareness of cross-discipline tools.

·       Experienced in coordinating the establishment/use of integrated tools and delivering the benefits of data centric engineering.

 

HSE Capability

Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant company HSE requirements.

Drive Safe and Sustainable engineering outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle via the application of SEAL.

Role-model a commitment to personal well-being and a pro-active approach to continuously improving health, safety and environmental performance.
