Manager, Change OCM & Comms Lead
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an OCM and/or Communications leadership role
A solid understanding of change management and communications methodologies and tactics
Experience leading global teams
Experience with portfolio and project management (preferably in a shared services organization)
Experience in adult learning approaches and practices
Experience working with senior leaders
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Exceptional time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proven ability to work in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones
Ability to work with stakeholders from a variety of different cultures
A can-do attitude, willingness to learn and a team-mindset
