Manager, Business Development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred) in technical or commercial studies
• Strong sector experience in chemicals & Fuels and Energy Transition
• Solid and proven track record in B2B sales and Solution selling
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written), plus strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven experience and knowledge of the Netherlands market
• Proven ability to function in a complex matrix organization
The successful Outside Sales Manager will also hold several other qualities that will include leadership skills, being globally minded, and have a high degree of perseverance, tenacity and empathy.

Finally, the work may require some non-standard hours of work and weekend, at times on short notice. Not afraid of flying would also be a key aspect for the role!
