We are looking for a self-driven, curious, and analytical consultant to be part of our global consulting team. You will be part of the team of consultants providing consulting services as part of the global Worley consulting team, as well as provide input into a suite of multi-client services provided by Worley. We work in the Energy, Chemicals and Resources sectors with a strong focus on sustainability, the Energy Transition and the decarbonization of emissions intensive industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with consulting experience, strong communication abilities and knowledge of energy markets to grow their understanding and capabilities in the rapidly changing global energy, chemicals, and resources markets.
This position will be based in the Worley Mumbai Office and will report to the Global Lead, Worley Insights as part of the Growth group in Worley.
Key responsibilities include:
· Team leadership of a team of consultants
· Provide consulting support to clients, including technical modelling, market analysis, regulatory and policy analysis, and economic modelling
· Data gathering, analysis and modelling
· Economic trend analysis and forecasting
· Support and direct the development and maintenance of in-house market models and databases

Skills and Market Expertise
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and industry networks.
· Capability as a consultant in energy markets, commodities and the energy transition
· Able to synthesize market data, global trends, and customer information to create meaningful reports and forward-looking analysis.
· Strong understanding of hydrogen, ammonia or battery materials is a plus
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with 02-04 Years of Work experience.
Analytical skills including data analysis and modelling. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Experience in Power BI / Tableau,
python, econometrics or other analytical/visualization tools/methods will be an added advantage
Experience in client relationship development is a plus.
At least three to five years of experience in market analysis, process economics, and/or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
