Maintenance Manager
Essential:
· Engineering degree in a relevant discipline plus proven track record of maintenance experience in a production facility for a significant period
· Significant experience and knowledge of maintenance strategy development, planned maintenance systems, techniques and tools
· OR : - Technical apprenticeship and engineering HNC/HND with NVQ4 in Management, plus substantial proven track record of maintenance experience, with consistently proven performance in the role. They will have recently held a very senior maintenance engineering role for a significant period.
· Significant experience and knowledge of maintenance strategy development, planned maintenance systems, techniques, and tools
· Significant experience and knowledge of Legislative requirements for Operations and Maintenance
· Reasonable multidisciplinary technical knowledge and condition based maintenance understanding
· Senior maintenance position held for a significant period
Desirable:
· The candidate will have mining experience (this is desirable-but not essential).
· A strong communication, networking, collaboration and well-developed team-working skills, especially in multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams
· An ‘Incident Free’ mind-set, and be a role model for their project team (Direct/Indirect hires)
· You will demonstrate a logical, systematic approach to your work, show initiative, demonstrate resilience and accept accountability.
· You are positive and adaptable, responding proactively to feedback and need for change and open to new ways of working.
· You behave in a positive way that is fair consistent and impartial.
