Logistics Coordinator II
Qualifications / Skill Set:
- A university degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar discipline.
- Significant experience in logistics coordination, ideally within heavy industrial, energy, or large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of inventory and distribution management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex logistics challenges, develop effective solutions, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated proficiency with logistics systems, tools, and processes, with experience in SAP, Oracle, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with external suppliers and clients.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and adjusting plans in response to changing project needs.
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability, ensuring that all logistical activities adhere to regulatory requirements and support Worley’s broader sustainability goals.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and experience to guide logistics operations and make informed decisions.
