 Experience: ·       Qualified legal practitioner in South Africa with broad exposure to corporate and commercial matters. Experience in the same or similar industry is preferred. ·       Minimum 3 and maximum of 5 years’ post article experience, could be a combination of private practice and in-house corporate law experience, which must include commercial and contract law as well as experience or an understanding in FIDIC, NEC and other bespoke  construction/engineering based contracts.  |
