Lead HSE ISBL Granulation - RAK
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
- HSE experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, in a leadership role.
- Experience in granulation operations or chemical manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience with regulatory compliance, HSE risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Certifications:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent safety certification.
- Relevant environmental certifications (e.g., ISO 14001) are a plus.
- First Aid and Fire Safety certifications.

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly related to granulation processes and chemical manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HSE management systems, tools, and reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
