Due to the ever-growing work commitments of our Sofia office projects we are opening position for Junior Document Controller for undergraduates or graduates. The Document Controller is a member of the Document Control Department, that is established to record and track all technical documentation produced by the project team, suppliers and third parties. Through the administration of a dedicated Document Control System, you will provide a service to the engineering and project management disciplines. You will be responsible for accurately recording and reporting the status of project deliverables and completing an audit trail.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Organization, recording and distribution of project documents to ensure incoming and outgoing documents are stored and distributed properly and in a timely manner
  • Maintain an awareness of document handling techniques and be responsible for adherence to the document control procedures
  • Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures
  • Produce and distribute status reports to the project team when required
  • Provide routine quality checks on all outgoing documentation in accordance with established processes

Experience and qualifications

  • Good English proficiency
  • Computer Skills - MS Windows, MS Office
  • Willingness to learn and use electronic document management systems
  • Perform in a timely manner in line with project deadlines
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment is an advantage
  • Good time keeping and prioritization skills
