Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to project and construction management teams.

  • Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and records in line with company standards.

  • Prepare and format reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.

  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of purchase requisitions, invoices, and expense reports.

  • Update and maintain project databases, registers, and logs.

  • Support the submission and distribution of technical documents and correspondence between the site and head office.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating site visits, and maintaining project calendars.

  • Support monitoring of project progress and assist in compiling weekly and monthly progress reports.

  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely flow of information.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure administrative resources are available at site offices.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • Administrative experience, preferably within the construction or mining industry.

  • Familiarity with project documentation, procurement, and site operations processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced site environment.
