 Isometrix Administrator

 Position Title: H&S Isometrix Administrator

 Role Context: The primary role of the H&S Isometrix Administrator will form part of a wider team, and will organise, assign accounts to new employees, and manage the Isometrix system for Worley. You will have strong organization and communication skills, to liaise with all internal and external employees across the business, to assure compliance to the project needs. Experience in planning workloads, meeting deadlines, producing daily and weekly reports and attending weekly compliance meetings with the wider project teams.

You'll be:

  •       Liaising with operational departments to support and ensure Isometrix actions allocated to the specific Departmental Leads and Superintendents are completed.
  •       Supporting and assist the Health & Safety Administrator to produce daily and weekly data reports.
  •       Supporting and assigning new modules to the wider teams across the project.
  •       Handling System Governance to undertaking regular sense checks of the system to ensure the data is accurate.
  •       Participating in weekly support meetings with the project teams to meet the project needs and feedback on any specific issues

You'll have:

  • Relevant IT skills and be able to learn and operate our training and competence systems.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PowerBi.
  • Demonstrable experience in a busy, fast-paced organization.
  • May be required to cover other H&S duties for others on scheduled leave.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills
  • English (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while delivering high quality results
  • Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to work independently, priorities activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Commitment to identify, analyse and propose solutions to problems in a constructive and positive manner
  • Ability to engage and communicate with internal and external management level
