Interface Manager

Main responsibilities:
- Shall maintain a proper control of interfaces and report on difficulties encountered
- Shall ensure proper interface management with various external ongoing and future interfacing projects with the ARP Project
- Shall ensure that the Interface Management Plan is conducted in full compliance with the project quality requirements
- Shall ensure that physical interface points are surveyed / inspected in due time for the collection of data
- Has a solid understanding of interdisciplinary work, interfaces, and sequencing. Well versed in project setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, execution, and closure.
- Manages interfaces with field and procurement personnel. Monitors constructability, operability, maintenance, and safety reviews.
- Produces integrated solutions to strategic problems and presents recommendations to clients. Solutions are derived from knowledge gained through past experiences and consultation with internal and external resources.
- Drives innovative solutions, technological advancements, and methods to effectively address out-of-sequence work. Good handle on change management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of digital tools for project development and data centrism.
Required Experience:
- Relevant experience, including relevant project management and interphase management and/or technical experience in EPCM projects.
- Demonstrated project management experience leading large projects with high-risk elements; EPCM, EPC, including on-site assignments; multicultural/multinational environments. (+USD1 billion projects)
Academic Qualifications:
- B.S. or equivalent degree in an engineering discipline from an a accredited university

- Project Delivery Experience in +USD1 billion projects
- Worked in large EPC/EPCM Projects in a Service Provider organisation.
- Has a multi discipline engineering background
- Experience in compiling and defining procurement and contract packages.
- Bilingual
- Self-starter and proactive leadership style
- Able to operate in a client facing role.
