Instrumentation Lead - WAS
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Experienced in instrumentation and control engineering, in a leadership or supervisory role on large construction projects.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of I&C systems, including field instruments, control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and communication protocols.
- Experience with construction and commissioning of I&C systems in industries such as oil & gas, power, or manufacturing.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management: Experience in project planning, resource management, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Safety Awareness: Familiarity with HSE requirements and industry safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
